Our environment affects our mood. It can help boost good feelings or it can help lower our spirits.
     Is your home an oasis of calm? Do you feel relaxed and happy when you arrive home or are you surrounded by clutter and unfinished jobs?
     You can improve your surroundings by doing the following: Clear away the clutter in your house and you will feel less cluttered in your mind.
    Place plants in all your rooms — they always help to lift the atmosphere.
    Light candles in the evening — they soften your mood.
    Bring fresh flowers into the house whenever you can.
     我們周圍的環(huán)境會影響我們的心情。它可以使我們情緒高漲,也可以使我們情緒低落。
     你的家是一塊平靜的綠洲嗎?當你回到家時,你是感到輕松愉快呢,還是被雜亂的物品和無休止的雜活纏繞著呢?

    在屋內(nèi)種些植物,它們能改善氣氛;
