招聘職位: 研發(fā)部- 技術(shù)助理 （實習生）

RESPOSIBILITES AND DUTIES :
· Produces laboratory and pilot batches in accordance with product formulation initiated by Product Developers.
· Coordinates administrative arrangements and provide general managerial supports to acquire high quality finished products of new formulation.
· Carries out stability studies of new products according to the established protocols including arranging for the samples to be analyzed by other laboratories.
· Develop and maintain SOPs related to Pilot plant operation and maintenance by working closely with other Pilot plants within the region to get good compliance.
REQUIREMENT:
· Knowledge of basic of food science, chemistry, biotechnology, microbiology including the principle of GMP, HACCP
· Basic knowledge for application in simple material balances and basic laboratory calculations.
· Experience working in laboratory and /or pilot plant is preferred.
· Fluently English communication on reading, writing and listening.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft project and Microsoft Words.
