《協(xié)會貨物條款》早制定于1912年，英國倫敦保險協(xié)會在對舊的貨物保險條款進(jìn)行修訂的基礎(chǔ)上，于1982年1月1日推出“協(xié)會貨物保險ABC條款”，取代了舊的平安險、水漬險和一切險。同時還推出的還有協(xié)會戰(zhàn)爭險、協(xié)會罷工險和惡意損害險。并于1983年4月1日起正式實行。同時，新的保險單格式代替原來的S.G..標(biāo)準(zhǔn)保險單格式，也自同日起使用。
