A son and his father were walking on the mountains.
有一個(gè)小男孩跟他的父親走在山中
Suddenly， his son falls， hurts himself and screams： "AAAhhhhhhhhhhh?。?！"
小男孩不小心跌倒了，忍不住痛的大叫了一聲" 哇……喔"
To his surprise， he hears the voice repeating， somewhere in the mountain： "AAAhhhhhh！??！"
但是令他吃驚的是，他聽(tīng)到了一個(gè)聲音從山中的某處傳出來(lái)，重覆他的聲音" 哇……喔"
Curious， he yells： "Who are you？"
他很好奇的大聲問(wèn)"你是誰(shuí)？"
He receives the answer： "Who are you？"
結(jié)果他得到的答案也是 "你是誰(shuí)？"
Angered at the response， he screams： "Coward！"
小男孩生氣了，大聲地吼著"膽小鬼"
He receives the answer： "Coward！"
這一次得到的答案也是 "膽小鬼"
He looks to his father and asks： "What's going on？"
他很好奇的問(wèn)他父親 "到底怎么回事??？？？"
The father smiles and says： "My son， pay attention."
父親笑笑的跟兒子說(shuō) "兒子啊， 注意聽(tīng)喔"
And then he screams to the mountain： "I admire you！"
父親大吼了一聲 " 我欣賞你"
The voice answers： "I admire you！"
結(jié)果另一個(gè)聲音傳回來(lái) "我欣賞你"
Again the man screams： "You are a champion！"
同樣的，父親再一次大聲的說(shuō) "你是冠軍"
The voice answers： "You are a champion！"
這個(gè)聲音也回答 "你是冠軍"
The boy is surprised， but does not understand.
小男孩感到非常的訝異，但又不解
Then the father explains： "People call this ECHO， but really this is LIFE.
此時(shí)父親向小男孩解釋說(shuō) "一般人們稱(chēng)這是回音， 但實(shí)際上這是'生命'"
It gives you back everything you say or do.
你所說(shuō)的做的每一件事最后都會(huì)回應(yīng)到你身上
Our life is simply a reflection of our actions.
我們的生命就是很簡(jiǎn)單的回應(yīng)我們所做過(guò)的事
If you want more love in the world， create more love in your heart.
如果你要這個(gè)世界有更多的愛(ài)，那么你就要在你的心中創(chuàng)造出更多的愛(ài)
If you want more competence in your team， improve your competence.
如果你要你的團(tuán)隊(duì)更優(yōu)秀，那么你也要先讓你自已更優(yōu)秀
