It added that Tsai admitted to FBI （news - web sites） agents last week that he had sent proprietary information to CMSC. The chairman of CMSC did not respond to an e-mail on Monday seeking response. The criminal complaint quoted Volterra's vice president of design engineering David Lidsky as saying the transmitted information about the firm's 1100-series products "related to the design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal power management semiconductors."同時還說，蔡已向美國聯(lián)邦調(diào)查局偵探上周承認，他曾把Volterra公司的設(shè)計資料傳給臺灣CMSC公司。
