Lisbon, Portugal, 05 Dec – The merger of the mobile telecommunications operators controlled by Portugal Telecom (PT) and Spain‘s Telefonica Móviles in Brazil should be concluded in March, a PT spokesperson told Portuguese news agency Lusa.葡萄牙里斯本12月5日電-葡萄牙電信(PT)發(fā)言人告訴葡新社(Lusa)記者,葡電信在巴西的電信運營商與西班牙移動電話子公司Telefonica Móviles巴西分公司的合并將于2006年3月完成。
    The merger of the operators into a single company listed on the Sao Paulo stock exchange was announced Monday by the five companies in which PT and Telefónica have a stake and by PT itself in a Portuguese stock market regulatory filing.五家葡電信和Telefonica共同持股的公司與葡電信周一宣布這一消息。合并后的公司將在圣保羅證券交易所上市。
    PT and Telefonica Moviles have an equal share in, the entire capital of Brasilcel which, in its turn, has a majority stake in TCP, Tele Sudeste Celular Participa??es (TSD), Tele Leste Celular Participa??es (TLE) and Celular CRT Participa??es (CRTP)。
