Payroll Daily operation:
1) Proceed timely and accurate pay events for served regions (monthly salary, bonus, salary adjustment, etc.)
2) Proceed the mandatory social benefit elements in a way compliant with the regulations.
3) Make good archiving and documentation related to C&B.
4) Participate salary survey data collection
5) Provide support to ESPP and other stock related plan
6) Provide support on various benefit program execution
- Payroll administrator for HRIS (PeopleSoft)
1) Respond timely to requests related to salary/bonus/benefits/leaves in HRIS for served regions.
2) Provide suggestions on continuous improvement of HRIS, both peoplesoft and in the future MDS
Reporting & budgeting:
1) make monthly reports requested by regional HR and Finance.
2) Data processing for annual labor costs budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
C&B programs:
1) Provide services to employees related to commercial insurance, Employee shares, or other C&B programs
2) Provide timely response to external remuneration survey.
