    Task 4
    【課文要點】:Bi-directional communication between parents and baby,意思是說:babies和父母能相互影響。
    【教授舉例】:教授舉了一個例子。兩個parents和一個六個月大的baby named Max。Max 愛笑smile,喜歡被抱to be hold,喜歡talk /communicate with his parents。Max的這些行為導致他的parents也愛對他笑,愛抱他。而baby喜歡feed back from the parents。這種feedback又進一步刺激Max喜歡和父母交流。

    【學生困難】:男生想舉辦一個詩歌朗誦活poetry activity。有20個人將參加attend這次活動??墒腔顒拥目臻g不夠there are not enough spaces。
    【解決方案】:方案1、讓這些人分次來參加活動。先只允許allow only 10 people 參加。剩下的10個人the remained 10 people下次 next time參加。但男生擔心他們會feel disappointed。方案2、把活動地點從the coffee shop改到the lecture hall,這樣,所有人都有機會參加活動。
    Task 6 
    【講課要點】:動物靠在空中放出某種化學物質(zhì)chemical來交流communicate。這種化學物質(zhì)有兩個用途:1 、判斷l(xiāng)ocation:an insect can use this chemcal to guide another insect from food to home。舉例:蜜蜂bee找回家的路。2、this chemical is the signal to show that fmale animals are ready to mate交配。舉例:a femle mouse can relase this chemical,so a male mouse can know this female mouse is ready to mate and can find where it is。
