設(shè)備交接單：它是集裝箱進(jìn)出灌區(qū)、場站時(shí)、用箱人、運(yùn)箱人與管箱人或其代理人之間交接集裝箱及其他機(jī)械設(shè)備的憑證，并兼管箱人發(fā)放集裝箱的憑證的功能。當(dāng)集裝箱或機(jī)械設(shè)備在集裝箱碼頭堆場或貨運(yùn)站借出或回收時(shí)，由碼頭堆場或貨運(yùn)站制作設(shè)備交接單，經(jīng)雙方簽字后，作為兩者之間設(shè)備交接的憑證。
集裝箱設(shè)備交接單分進(jìn)場和出場兩種，交接手續(xù)均在碼頭堆場大門口辦理。出碼頭堆場時(shí)，碼頭堆場工作人員與用箱人、運(yùn)箱人就設(shè)備交接單上的以下主要內(nèi)容共同進(jìn)行審核：用箱人名稱和地址，出堆場時(shí)間與目的，集裝箱箱號(hào)、規(guī)格、封志號(hào)以及是空箱還是重箱，有關(guān)機(jī)械設(shè)備的情況，正常還是異常等。
進(jìn)碼頭堆場時(shí)，碼頭堆場的工作人員與用箱人、運(yùn)箱人就設(shè)備交接單上的下列內(nèi)容共同進(jìn)行審核：集裝箱、機(jī)械設(shè)備歸還日期、具體時(shí)間及歸還時(shí)的外表狀況，集裝箱、機(jī)械設(shè)備歸還人的名稱與地址，進(jìn)堆場的目的，整箱貨交箱貨主的名稱和地址，擬裝船的船次、航線、卸箱港等。
