崗位職責(zé)：
- 負(fù)責(zé)UMTS OAM產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)和維護(hù)
- 根據(jù)文檔分析功能需求并提供開(kāi)發(fā)用時(shí)估計(jì)
- 參加整個(gè)軟件開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程包括：設(shè)計(jì)，編碼，單元測(cè)試，提交和維護(hù)。要確保所有的開(kāi)發(fā)任務(wù)按時(shí)保質(zhì)的提交
- 要確保所有產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程符合質(zhì)量控制流程要求，滿足客戶(hù)需求
崗位要求：
1.教育程度:本科以上學(xué)歷
2.專(zhuān)業(yè):計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)，軟件工程或電信相關(guān)領(lǐng)域
3.計(jì)算機(jī)水平:
- 精通C 或者Java編程語(yǔ)言
- Unix 或 Linux上開(kāi)發(fā)的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)
- 擁有面向?qū)ο蠓治鲈O(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)踐，熟悉UML
- 了解代碼控制工具如：clearcase,CVS, etc
- 了解軟件開(kāi)發(fā)流程
- OAM 相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及CORBA的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
4.語(yǔ)言能力:良好的溝通技巧，流利的中英文溝通能力
5.其他要求:良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
Responsibilities:
He/she will work in an international context and interact with world wide Alcatel-Lucent R&D centers.
The key responsibilities of this role will be:
- Responsible for the development and support of UMTS OAM product
- Analyse functional requirements and provide design estimation
- Participate the whole software development lifecycle, including design, coding, unitary testing & testing support. Ensure all the tasks are delivered on time, with required quality
- Execute the quality processes to ensure customer satisfaction with all product deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Telecom related areas
- 2 years software development, with
- Strong Java/C or TCL or Unix Shell programming skills
- UNIX/Linux experience
- OOAD knowledge and practices, familiar with UML & software design
- Knowledge and experience in the software development process
- Knowledge of source code version management system (Clearcase, CVS)
- Strong communication skill. Fluent in Chinese and English
- Highly responsible, self-motivated and autonomous at work
- Good team work spirit and willing to contribute to the teams success
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Experience on the OAM product design & development is highly desired Optional
- Knowledge on the mobile access network (GSM/UMTS/CDMA) is preferred Optional
- Experience with CORBA is preferred Optional
- Experience in working in a multi-national company across geographic locations is preferred Optional
- At least 6 months availability to participate the internship.
