Customer Service Intern 客服實(shí)習(xí)生
Job description:
· Facilitate the accurate and timely Input & update contract details in relative systems
· Clerical supports: fax/ scan/ print/ type document
· Prepare and distribute customer vouchers and letters
· File and manage customer file, contract change requests and other related documents
· Accomplish all other works assigned by retail settlement manager.
Ability
· Proficiency in Excel, word and Chinese word-processing
· Can communicate with English
· Strong responsibility, carefulness
· Proactive in problem solving
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Must have an extreme control, detail and efficiency orientation
Requirement:
· Bachelor degree in Finance related major is preferred
· Banking or financing company intern experience is preferred

Job description
· Be responsible for daily disbursed document management.
· Direct Debit File generation and communication with ICBC for DD authorization.
· Facilitate the accurate and timely original documents collection after funding with policy guidelines
· Cooperate with customer service dept. to enhance the file management.
· Prepare daily and monthly reports to follow up the documents.
· Assist to deal with matters regarding lien registration
· Create and update original document follow up process.
· Back up settlement work both of Mainland and HK
· Accomplish all other works assigned by retail operation manager.
Requirement:
· Proactive in problem solving
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Ability to multi-task
· Must have an extreme control, detail and efficiency
· Can communicate with English

· Equipment preparation for new staff
· Assistance to keep process documentation and configuration documentation up to date
· Assistance of ITs daily work
· Assistance to maintain PBOC Credit System.
· Collect the error from operation team during using PBOC Credit System.
· Run the check SQL scripts for PBOC Credit System, and collect the feedback
Requirement:
· Acknowledge in MS Excel, Word and Power point
· Fluency in English
· Ability to work on own initiative with a good attention to detail
· Ability to prioritize activities, work under pressure and multi-task
· Team player

The intern is required to work 4-5days/week and the intership should last at least 3months. The salary is 2200RMB/month, full-time job.
