在下列情況下，承運(yùn)人對(duì)貨物的滅失，損害和延遲交付免除責(zé)任：
1. Any wrongful act or neglect of the consignor. 由于發(fā)貨人的錯(cuò)誤行為或者過(guò)失造成的貨物的滅失，損害和延遲交付，承運(yùn)人不承擔(dān)責(zé)任。

2.Inherent vice of the goods; 貨物的固有缺陷

3.Circumstances which he could not avoid and the consequence of which he was unable to prevent. 承運(yùn)人無(wú)法避免的情況以及無(wú)法預(yù)防的結(jié)果。
注釋?zhuān)篶ircumstance： 情況，形勢(shì) avoid： 避免 consequence： 后果，結(jié)果 be unable to： 不能，沒(méi)有能力。.. prevent： 防止，預(yù)防
但是承運(yùn)人在此情況下不能免責(zé)：
The carrier shall not be relieved of liability of reason of the defective condition of the vehicle used by him in order to perform the carriage， or by reason of the wrongful act or neglect of the person from whom he may have hired the vehicle or of the agents or servants of the latter.
對(duì)于由于為履行運(yùn)輸而使用之車(chē)輛的不良狀態(tài)或由于承運(yùn)人已租用其車(chē)輛的人的或他的代理人或他的受雇人的錯(cuò)誤行為或過(guò)失，承運(yùn)人不應(yīng)免責(zé)。
