Job Description:
1. Data key-in and management 2. Translates and reviews all regional materials such as email copies, assets etc. 3. Supports the invitation process with direction from manager 4. Selects vendors through the RFQ process given direction from manager 5. Manages logistics with direction from manager. Including staffing, registration, specifications, transportation, facility selection and management 6. Posts event assessments with direction from manager 7. Reviews the website contents 8. Manages the volume of collateral stock , ensures offices are stocked with the appropriate, current collateral in a presentable manner
Requirements: 1. Full-time Junior, senior or postgraduate university student 2. Fluent in both spoken and written English, Chinese and translation abilities 3. Good command of MS office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, photoshop or dreamweaver will be a plus 4. Relevant internship experience will be a big plus 5. Strong sense of responsibility and detail oriented, multi-tasks driven, good interpersonal skills 6. Be able to work at least three working days per week for consecutive 6 months
