(8)付款“期(Date of Payment):匯票的付款期限分為“p期與遠期。其中遠期又分為定日付款、出票后定期付款、見票后定期付款和在其他事件發(fā)生后定期付款四種。
     　　①即期也叫見票即付，英文表示為at sight或on demand等。以下是其常見的四種表示法：
    On demand pay...即期支付
    At sight pay...見票即付
    On presentation pay...提示即付……
    Pay…付·一（當匯票未記載付款日期時，視為見票即付）
    ②定日付款(at a fixed future date)
    例如：On December 1，2008。
    ③出票后定期付款(at a fixed period after date)
    例如：At 30 days after date。
    ④見票后定期付款（at a fixed period after sight)
    例如：At 2 months after sight.
    ⑤在其他事件發(fā)生后定期付款（at a fixed period after occurrence of a specified event)
    最常見的是“提單日/交單日后定期付款”的情況，例如：
    At 60 days after B/L date，March 8，2006。
    At 1 month after the date of presentation。
    (9)出票地點和付款地點(Place of Issuance and Place of Payment)。
