Job Responsibilities:
Survey Project Analyst – C will be responsible for managing simple/small scale survey process including data collection, validation and all project management documentation. The role will also contribute to business improvement initiatives.
1 Project manage at least 1-2 surveys concurrently and be held accountable for the project management of all surveys undertaken.
2 Adheres to Survey Operations and Mercers project management standards and adopts methodology and documentation standards for all surveys managed.
3 Stakeholder management
4 Write commentary associated with survey results
5 Undertake statistical analysis and interpretation
6 Undertake tasks related to Survey Operations strategy initiatives.
7 Provide technical support to internal and external clients, respond to client queries regarding products, services and solutions
8 Ensure web time is recorded accurately to reflect correct projects and actual time spent.
9 Experienced Level Cs to undertake peer review of surveys. This means being held responsible for all peer review aspects and ensuring it complies and adheres to our global and local peer review standards.
10 Experienced Level Cs to undertake tasks in a Regional Survey.
Requirements:
1 Bachelors degree, credit average or better, in Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology, Human Resources, Commerce or Economics.
2 1 years relevant experience
3 Broad knowledge of project management , research and survey methodologies
4 Computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, advanced knowledge of Excel, SPSS or other statistical package, and familiarity with e-mail and web browser technology
5 Capacity to acquire competence in the use of in-house applications
6 High level of numeric skills and capacity to attend to detail
7 High level of proficiency of Excel and Survey processing tools
8 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
