Key Responsibilities:
Assist HR team in several functions:
-Independently manage the intern recruitment for other departments
-Assist in social recruitment (screen CV, co-ordinate interview arrangement) and keep tracking of the hiring status of each position
-Data maintain (employee database, documentation, candidate pool)
-Co-ordinate training logistics
-Other HR related tasks as required
Requirements:
-HR Internship experience in multi-national company Preferred
-Work at least 4 full days per week for 4 months
-Mature, self-motivated, clear thinking and strong interpersonal skills
-Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously at a fast pace where timeliness and deadlines need to be achieved on a daily basis
-Strong MS office skills (Excel, PPT, Word)
-Good communications skills in Mandarin & English, both written and verbal
