² 分析處理公司IT硬件和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的各種故障，及時(shí)協(xié)調(diào)供應(yīng)商完成設(shè)備維修。
² 通過(guò)郵件、電話(huà)等方式，指導(dǎo)office自行解決簡(jiǎn)單的軟硬件或網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障。
² 及時(shí)升級(jí)疑難案件給Lv2工程師。
