職責范圍：
1. 負責財務(wù)應(yīng)付賬款以及與供應(yīng)商溝通對賬，并且必要時與采購部門合作，共同解決出現(xiàn)
的問題。
2. 將憑證輸入系統(tǒng)前確保會計科目，貨物單價，數(shù)量的正確，以及PO,收貨單和發(fā)票三相
符。
3. 在工作中注意優(yōu)化AP流程，提出有效建議。
任職要求：
1．財會類專業(yè)，大四學生，本科及以上學歷。
2．在實習期間，至少每個星期工作3天
3．思維敏捷，責任心強，品行好。
4．具有良好的團隊合作精神和服務(wù)意識，較強的溝通能力
4、工作態(tài)度認真、積極。善于與人溝通。勇于提出工作改進建議。
5、良好的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力
6、熟練操作辦公軟件。

1. Book AP entries in Oracle system and ensure supplier &account code accura
cy and proper approval in place.,
2. Contact buyer and warehouse people to track goods receiving discrepancy and
do correct process accordingly in system.
3: Assist accountant payable to ensure all invoices booked by closing day
Requirement:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, majoring in accounting Preferred.
2. Self motivated, able to deliver good performance under pressure
3. Responsible, careful and organized
4. Good command of English in both oral and written
5. Excellent computer skills, especially for Microsoft officer
6. Attendance: at least 3 days per week, prefer long-time internship
