All trainees will participate in 2-year Medtronic Eyas Program (美敦力雛鷹計劃). Under the program, trainees will get plenty of opportunities in training, coaching, job rotation and career development.
-Business Trainee will work in business units.
-There are 3 types of roles for business trainee: Sales, Marketing, Clinical specialist.
-Sales & marketing trainees will help on Medtronic products selling and market promotion.
-Clinical Specialist trainees will provide technical supports during surgeries.
-Location: Beijing, Shenyang, Tianjin, Xi An, Xinjiang, Zhengzhou, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Chengdu,
Changsha, Fuzhou, Lanzhou (北京 沈陽 天津 西安 新疆 鄭州 上海 杭州 武漢 廣州 成都 長沙 福州 蘭州)
Requirements:
- Bachelor and above degree in medical, Clinical, Mechanical Engineering, Bio-mechanic or Medical Mechanical Engineering

- Work independently and adapt frequent business travel if needed
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, passionate and willing to take challenges
- A good team worker with good learning agility
- Fluency in written and oral English
