    Key responsibilities include:
    1、Take care & monitor the whole process of sales order;
    2、Coordinate with related departments including production, logistics and inventory to ensure quick response to customer needs;
    3、Prepare, classify, file and admin sales contracts and other commercial documents;
    4、Trace A/R collection by contacting sales managers, distributors and customers;
    5、 High level reliability in order placement, planning, shipment and delivery control process;
    6、Establish and monitor forecasts and end customer order intake by product line;
    7、Optimize the flow of goods deliveries and information in the supply chain;
    8、Performs administrative duties for the sales team, regular sales order reporting, financial analysis, and admin operations of the department;
    9、Scheduling and organizing meetings to host customers visit, hotel/meeting room reservations, pick-ups, meeting minutes record;
    10、Keep good relationship with customers and maintain relationship, also closely collaborate with Salesmen, PUs, Business Infrastructure and local inventory managers etc.
    Reports to: General Manager of Mining Rock Tools
    Requirement:
    - Above junior college degree
    - Able to learn product and industry knowledge
    - Good communication skill & Proficiency in English
    - Good command in computer office application
    - At least 3 days/week, at least 3 months
