LVMH W&J- Chaumet Marketing Intern職位描述：
The Watch and Jewelry division of LVMH China is composed of the following brands: TAG Heuer, Zenith, Hublot., Chaumet and DeBeers. To support its growth in Greater China, Chaumet is looking for an Intern to assist the Marketing team in all daily sales & marketing activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibility 1 – Billing & Administrative Duties
Prepare purchase orders, accrual and payment requests in monthly base, under the supervision of the Marketing Manager.
Get required signatures and approval and arrange timely payment with finance department.
Follow up all marketing contracts and invoices for payment, by keep good filing for all related documents.
Key Responsibility 2– Internal Administration
Provide strong administrative support to the Marketing Manager, including documents copy/scan/filing, magazine/clipping clean-up, meeting arrangement, stationary ordering, etc. , in order to save enough time for the Marketing Manger to focus on core duty.
Key Responsibility 3 – Marketing Activities Assistance
Coordinate with various marketing vendors for sample delivery, MR preparation and reports preparation according to Marketing Managers briefing.
Event on-site assistance if needed (for big event only)

Key Responsibility 4 – POSM Support
Help Marketing Manager to manage POSM, by work on the yearly estimation under managers supervise, coordinate with CHAUMET colleagues in SH/HK for POSM ordering and local production.
Key Responsibility 5– Other Assignments
According to actual needs and managers briefing, take care of other basic assignments if necessary.
Job Requirement:
- Available Full time Monday to Friday, could continually work for this position for at least 6 months – one year
-University students or post-graduate students.
-need to have very good communication skills with local vendors or partners especially in T2/3 cities.
