Accountant-考慮11屆(美資上市公司內(nèi)部編制崗位)職位描述：
Job Description
Reporting to China Finance Manager, your role will include but not be limited to,
• Responsible for Accounts Payable functions including employee expense claim and 3rd party payments for multiple china entities;
• Responsible for verifying and auditing employee expense reports in accordance with Juniper’s internal T&E Policies and external PRC tax requirement;
• For vendors/suppliers invoices, responsible for reviewing for all of the supporting documents submitted by requestors and ensuring it’s in compliance with both company’s policy and procedure as well as meeting local statutory requirement
• Review accounts payable related policies and procedures; Make continuous efforts to improve related business processes to achieve optimal operation.
• Assist in preparing local statutory financial reporting based on PRC GAAP and reconciliation from US GAAP to PRC GAAP
• Perform relevant account reconciliation; and cash flow forecast for the funding request;
• Coordinate with bank on banking issues and assist on treasury issues;
• Handle ad hoc jobs assigned
Required Educational background:
Candidate with overseas university degree, major in finance/accounting/business is preferred
Required Professional experience:
1-2 years working experience or internship experience in accounting field with a multinational company or an auditing firm is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High standards of customer service to contacts both within and outside the company.
Ability to handle a large volume of accounting processing accurately and efficiently
Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet tight deadlines.
