Job description:
Project work
- Assist the project managers to collect and analyze data for feasibility, cos
t saving etc.
- Support project manager in various Asia Pacific wide logistics projects
- Project work (concepts & implementation)
- Prepare presentations and analysis case-by-case
- Arrange meeting with other divisions
Internal website maintenance
- Maintenance and update of department internal website
- Maintenance of internal portal
Administration work
- Other organizational tasks
Requirements:
- University students from any major fields, Master students will be preferred
- Willingness and security to work fulltime (at least 4 days/week) for at leas
t 6 months
- Good logical thinking and analytic mind
- Good experience in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint => MUST,especially goo
d at Excel; can use Access is PREFERRED)
- Quick learner
- Sensitive to figures, high analysis ability
- Willing to take responsibility
- Logistic back ground is a plus
- Fluent English both in speaking and writing, German is a plus
