    JOB PROFILE – ALCATEL ASIA PACIFIC
    Job Title: Admin. Assistant Location: Ning Qiao Road
    Department: Finance, APAC
    Key Responsibilities:
    Provide general support to the department
    Make, screen and answer calls, transmit message, arrange meetings, make appointments, book airlines and hotels, receive VIP
    Check expense vouchers
    Collect travel request form and get approval
    Prepare, record and file documents
    Daily administrative and secretarial duties
    Formal letter writing in Chinese and in English
    Setting up & maintenance of contact database
    Manage incoming emails of Executive
    Applicants should possess:
    Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese
    Good communication skills and mature personality
    multinational corporation working environment, preferably working with senior executives
    Good knowledge in Office tools (Word and Powerpoint), Notes system
    Can work 4-5 days/week and lasts at least 4 months.
