Job Description
1.Support Program Manager in organizing training program.
2.Support Program Manager in translation program.
3.Support Program Manager in organizing events/workshops.
4. Support company research, and case study research.
5. Support office daily operation: record, receive and distribute couriers/mails; receive incoming calls; maintain office facilities and order office supplies; organize and manage documentations; arrange meeting of members, take meeting minutes.
Requirements
1. Education background: Senior college student is preferred; SCM related major is preferable;
2. At least work four days per week.
3. Good English skill both in oral and writing; above CET-6.
4. Basic computer skill with Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
5. Capability of problem solving and issue coordination
6. Good communication skill.
7. Hard and careful working, honest and team-player.
