Master degree in computer science or equivalent experience
Good Read/Write English Skills(CET-6)
Good team work and high responsibility, demonstrated ability to
make summarization and conclusion.

Skills:
-- Be familiar with Websphere Application Server, Familiar with IBM java development IDE such as Eclipse, RAD or WID
-- Programming skills: Java, JSP, JavaScript, HTML, XML,Web Service,design patterns, other popular frameworks experience is plus
-- Familiar with OO analysis and design methods and tools
Skills as a plus:
-- Be familiar with popular development tools, such as CVS, Ant, JUnit, etc
-- Be familiar with popular web development frameworks and tools, such as Struts, Spring, Hibernate.
-- Good knowledge of database systems and development.
-- Familiar with DB2 development tools and products.
-- Knowledge in Agile Methodologies (e.g. XP, Scrum, TDD) is a plus
-- Unix script programming
