Position: logistics assistant
Accountabilities:
- In relation with our headquarters in Holland, handle admin work related to importation of cocoa products in China.
- Organize the shipments from Holland; plan and process the orders.
- Manage the relationships with local 3rd party warehouse (Shanghai).
- Take orders from customers/distributors and organize deliveries from the warehouse to customers place.
- Take the calls at the office when the sales manager is travelling.
Environment: exposure to Chinese customers and Cargill European team.
Specific skills:
- fluent written and oral English mandatory.
- Good knowledge of computer systems (Outlook and Excel).
- Knowledge in logistics would be well appreciated.
Additional requirements:
- Behaviour is a key aspect: we like a dynamic, enthusiastic, straightforward, eager to learn, optimistic candidate.
