Position: Intern –Tax Assistant
Location: 10F, Shanghai City Center, 100 Zunyi Rd.

Responsibility:
1. Liaise and coordinate with field finance to ensure the timely filing proces
s of Asia Pacific entities corporate tax returns, provide support if necessary
;
2. Assist in summarizing issues related to tax returns;
3. Assist in audit related investigation;
4. Assist in facilitating acquisition / corporate restructuring projects from
a tax perspective;
5. Provide research support for Asia Pacific countries tax projects;
6. Provide implication assessment support for corporate dividend and loan fina
ncing plans;
7. Assist in issues for income tax, turnover tax, customs duty, permanent esta
blishment and transfer pricing, tax effect accounting, remuneration related in
dividual tax, stamp duty.
The incumbent should have:
1. 4-5 working days per week
2. Finance management background
3. Prior experience in an international corporate / public accounting environm
ent;
4. Strong common sense and balanced judgment;
5. Strong organizational, critical thinking and customer service skills;
6. Ability to multi-task and manage competing deadlines;
7. Strong PC skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
8. Profound understanding of tax related technical points.
