Commercial Support Intern -2職位描述:
Position/ Reporting lines:
• Commercial Support intern reports to commercial support leader.
• Interfaces
- Project Controllers/PMs
- Sales Assistants
- Bank
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for bank guarantee process
• Confirm all payments into AR Collection Database with close communication with PM and PMC
• Customer Database management including new customer creation, customer extension and customer information change.
• Whole set documents check and filing to make sure in compliance with ABB SOX requirements.
• Assist in PMC/PM/Risk management to find history information including order, payment, and contract information.
• Other task assigned.
Profile:
• Financial /commercial background, structured and result oriented with focus on processes
• Demonstrated cross-cultural communication skills with strong attention on detail
• Knowledge and experience in MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)
• Fluent in English in speaking and writing
• Demonstrated good problem solving skill, approaching problems with open mind and persistence in order to deliver on time
• Education: Business Administration, Accounting and / or equivalent experience.
Soft Skills:
• Team spirit, Accuracy, Persistency
