1. Training Coordination for Ingersoll Rand University course and payment
2. Performance management system Data checking and basic reporting analysis
3. Support the other HR Business Partner activities as request by the manager
4. Recruiting system follow up, Hodes IQ reporting, support in TA related coor
dination
5. Support in Earlier talent management (ADP-Accelerated Development Program,
Trainee program of IR).
6. Ad hoc data analysis, reporting, administration support
7. Other tasks assigned ( some C&B project and so on)
Requirement:
1. English or Human Resources major is preferred.
2. Good English communication skills.
3. 3 working days each week at least.
4. Careful and cautious working attitude
5. Good master of MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
