1、his own experience：didn't get along with university life．cuz in the high school，teachers will remind him what he shoud do / to finish the assignment．But in the university is not like that．
Once，he put off the reading assignment to just before the final exam．Then he never caught up with the reading assignment．And it is a big mistakes．

2、can let people socialize．He has a major in music．He always hangs up with those stu with same major in the dorms．They are have the same interests and same way of thinking，and seeing thing．So that he thinks it would be interesting to meet other people with other ways of thinking and majors．
