英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)：大學(xué)校園常用語(yǔ)一覽

Hello，ladies and gentlemen，a little bit cold today. 嘿，大家好，歡迎收聽(tīng)專(zhuān)欄節(jié)目“E聊吧”，我是Ukki，不知道大家平時(shí)有沒(méi)有留意一些學(xué)校里的常用語(yǔ)，比如“點(diǎn)名”啊，“師兄師姐”啊，“學(xué)什么專(zhuān)業(yè)”啊等等，今天的“E聊吧”我們就來(lái)聊聊一些學(xué)校里的常用語(yǔ)。
    1. Which department is she in? 她是哪一個(gè)系的?
    我們都知道主修是用major 這個(gè)詞，簡(jiǎn)單地問(wèn)法就是“What's your major?”但是你也可以用which field 或是which department 來(lái)代替。比如說(shuō)有人來(lái)演講，你想知道他是什么系的教授，你就可以問(wèn)“Which department is she in?”或是“Which field is she in?”還有一種口語(yǔ)問(wèn)主修的問(wèn)法，就是問(wèn)人家“What are you studying?”就可以了。
    2. I wonder if the Prof took attendance already.
    有的學(xué)生總喜歡逃課，怕的就是老師上課的時(shí)候點(diǎn)名、記考勤，這個(gè)“點(diǎn)名”就叫做“take attendance”。
    3. God, I only missed two classes and I'm already out of it.
    即使老師不記考勤，逃課的結(jié)果也不太好承受，因?yàn)槔蠋熒险n的進(jìn)度通常都比較快，逃多幾節(jié)課就跟不上了?！癇e out of it” 就是跟不上的意思，那要“趕上”就是“catch up with (them)”了
    4. I struggle for words when asked a sudden question.
    上課溜號(hào)，被老師叫起來(lái)回來(lái)問(wèn)題，不知所措，無(wú)言以對(duì)，怎么表示？就是 “struggle for words 難以回答”了。
    5. Hey, I got the whole info 信息from upperclassman.
    要考試了，很多人都想去師兄師姐那里了解一下往年的情吧？“Upperclassman”就是高年級(jí)的“師兄師姐”，有時(shí)候也用seniors或older guys來(lái)表示。
