HR Intern職位描述:
Job Responsibilities & Key Functions / 主要工作職責(zé)
1. Documents preparation and daily HR affairs support.
2. Assist to Employee onborading process & access/photo card filing.
3. Assist to C&B activities, eg: leave records sorting, gift card distributing etc.
4. Assist to attendance checking & report.
5. Other tasks assigned.
Main Specifications (skills and experiences required) / 崗位要求
1. Junior of university or sophomore of postgraduate, major in English literature/HR/admin or related.
2. Mature in mind, initiative, fast-learning, can get along with diverse personalities.
3. Good English communication skills in both written and spoken, German language is a plus.
4. Good in MS Office.
5. Can work at least 3 days/week, Qingpu resident is prefered.
