大家好！今天我的演講主題是：科學(xué)發(fā)展觀在雷院。
科學(xué)發(fā)展觀是在準(zhǔn)確判斷世界和中國(guó)發(fā)展大勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上形成和發(fā)展起來(lái)的，具有鮮明的中國(guó)特色和時(shí)代特征。他集中體現(xiàn)了當(dāng)今世界和當(dāng)代中國(guó)的發(fā)展變化對(duì)黨和國(guó)家工作的新要求，是繼續(xù)全面小康社會(huì)，發(fā)展中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的思想武器和行動(dòng)指南。
隨著近幾年不斷開展深入學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的活動(dòng)，科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的要義已經(jīng)深入人心。不管是在經(jīng)濟(jì)上，還是科學(xué)教育上，科學(xué)發(fā)展觀都得到了很好的貫徹與落實(shí)。就我們大學(xué)生而言，最關(guān)心的莫過(guò)于學(xué)校教育。近幾年來(lái)，空軍雷達(dá)學(xué)院一直走在全軍的最前列。學(xué)院自1986年開始培養(yǎng)碩士研究生，1993年獲碩士學(xué)位授予權(quán)，1996年培養(yǎng)博士研究生，2003年獲博士學(xué)位授予權(quán)，2004年成立了博士科研工作站等等。同時(shí)，學(xué)院的建設(shè)也從未止步，雄偉的科研大樓拔地而起，美麗的燈光籃球場(chǎng)即將竣工，現(xiàn)代化的學(xué)生公寓即將落成，綜合性的體育館的競(jìng)標(biāo)也已落下帷幕。總之，學(xué)院實(shí)現(xiàn)了教育、建設(shè)兩手抓，真正做到了有好又快的發(fā)展。
以人為本是科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的核心，而在這一點(diǎn)上雷院做的尤為突出?？哲娎走_(dá)學(xué)院在成立之處，條件不僅艱苦，教學(xué)環(huán)境也比較糟糕，沒(méi)有像樣的教學(xué)場(chǎng)所，可如今， 400米塑膠跑道，400米障礙訓(xùn)練場(chǎng)，燈光籃球場(chǎng)，教學(xué)樓，實(shí)驗(yàn)樓，指揮教學(xué)樓，電化教學(xué)樓，計(jì)算機(jī)中心，教育技術(shù)中心，雷達(dá)兵模擬訓(xùn)練中心，教學(xué)實(shí)習(xí)工廠，圖書館，游泳館，射擊場(chǎng)，文化活動(dòng)中心等等，都展現(xiàn)在我們面前。此外，學(xué)院的綠化帶也搞的非常出色，美麗的人工草坪，幽靜的小樹林，身處花園式的校園中，同學(xué)們的學(xué)習(xí)熱情高漲。這一切的一切，為空軍雷達(dá)學(xué)院向部隊(duì)輸送高素質(zhì)人才打下了牢固的基礎(chǔ)。
伴隨著“三到一長(zhǎng)期”活動(dòng)的開展和“雪蓮”精神在廣大學(xué)員中的傳播，我相信空軍雷達(dá)學(xué)院在今后一定可以更好的深入實(shí)踐科學(xué)發(fā)展觀，我也堅(jiān)信空軍雷達(dá)學(xué)院的明天會(huì)更美好！
