Job Justification
1. Support training programs such as BMDP\Lean\SCP
2. Independently support IRU course arrangement & coordination
3. Support early talent program
Job Responsibility
1. Arrange ST training programs and IRU course calendar to ensure attendance
2. Screening CVs from different channels and arrange interview for early talent
3. Data management for some un-confidential data
4. Analysis training cost\evaluation result and consolidate report
5. Support the coming annually campus recruiting
6. Support S&S College activity to improve external awareness
7. Other HR activity supporting
Job Requirements
1. majored in HR/Law or relevant major, master degree is better
2. Smart, practical, and can learn & can do attitude
3. Can work 3 days per week at least
