Position Summary
An exciting opportunity for those who aspired to work as HR professional in their career path. The roles key focus is to support regular HR operation/processes in Greater China including Mainland China, HK and TW, together with whole Greater China HRBP team to deliver extraordinary HRBP consulting services to Adobe Greater China.
Responsibilities
- HR daily operation support
- Monthly payroll process support and coordination
- On-boarding/exit process support & coordination
- Coordination and support of HR projects/programs/initiatives
- Consultation services on HR general operation and process
- HR related certification management
- Personnel data management in HR systems/databases
- Personnel file maintain and management
- Others per request
Requirements
- 1st or 2nd year graduate student (master candidate), no strict requirement on major, Human Resources, MBA, statistics major are preferred
- 4 working days/week guaranteed
- CET-6/TEM 4 or above, good command of speaking , listening and writing English
- Familiar with MS excel, word, ppt; Acrobat Reader, Writer
- Be highly responsible and proactive
- Adaptive and could work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills as team player
- Patient, and good at handling diversified work carefully in an organized way
SPECIAL CONSIDERATION GIVEN FOR
- Prior HR related experience in Fortune 500 MNC
- Prior Consulting experience
