Duties:
Marketing Management Trainee:
1- Develop new clients & maintain the existed clients in Banking and Consuming industries.
2- Finish the sales quota and adjust the proposal for clients.
3- Client database planning, managing, and verifying.
4- CRM jobs(similar to KAM)
5- Media observation and relationship management.
6- Marketing communications (website/weibo/SMS/E-newsletter)
7- Production design and manufactory
P.S. It is a really high pressure job with hi-frequent OT work.
Requirement:
1- English: CET-6 (500 points+) or IELTS (6.0+) or TOFEL (90 points+).
2- GPA(大學(xué)考試平均分?jǐn)?shù)) 70 points+
3- Be the minister/chief leader in the student union, league committee, and student communities.
4- More than 6 months internship experience in the enterprise, NGP, NPO or other society organizations.
5- MBTI self-test shall be the types below: ESFP/ ENFP/ ENTP/ ENFJ/ ENTJ
