Asia Technical Service Specialist
(Bioscience Division, Merck Millipore )
Asia Technical Service Specialist serves as the primary technical source for supporting sales activities within responsible regions (mainly in China, Korea, Singapore and Taiwan). Asia Technical Service Specialists are expected to utilize their technical expertise to solve the technical issue from customers and internal or external sales by providing professional advice, tools, information and experiments.
Responsibilities
1.To provide primary technical advice to customers mainly over the phone or in written manner.
2.To provide customers with technical information and/or tools
3.To work on customers’ troubleshooting and/or complaints with a technical issue
4.To provide customers demo or/and technical guide in the field when necessary
5.To organize and provide trainings for internal sales and external distributors by delivering presentations or/and demos when necessary
6.To help on tradeshows or exhibitions by technical communication
Requirements/Qualification
1.Solid professional technical back ground , minimum Master Degree in relevant life technologies, such as cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, etc
2.Nice communication and coordinating skill is required
3.Customer-focused, result-oriented, proactive/action-oriented,
4.High energy and passion to the work
5.Good team player
6.Quick learner
7.Good command of English.
8.1-2 years related experience is preferable.
