4月22日20點30分，蘆山縣思延鄉(xiāng)通信恢復；20點40分，蘆山縣太平鎮(zhèn)通信恢復。
截至23日8點，天全、蘆山、寶興共33鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中，天全所有鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)通信正常，蘆山9個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中還有大川鎮(zhèn)、寶盛鄉(xiāng)未恢復通信，寶興9鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)已全部恢復，其中五龍鄉(xiāng)、明禮鄉(xiāng)、永富鄉(xiāng)、隴東鎮(zhèn)通過衛(wèi)星電話恢復了對外通信。
