    工作內(nèi)容:
    Title:Consultant
    Duties & Responsibilities:
    Complete assigned leasing transactions from start to finish in efficient professional manner.
    Provide support to Managers/ Directors in their activities associated with marketing and leasing of commercial properties.
    Source and create business opportunities by developing existing client relationships and assisting Directors to win new clients.
    Reporting to Manager on a regular basis in relation to client activity and other matters of significance to clients.
    Responding to enquiries including submitting details in writing and arranging physical inspection of properties.
    Attending internal trainings and meetings.
    Ensure market coverage is maximized.
    Ensure tasks / projects are completed in a timely efficient fashion benefiting the client.
    Other tasks as required / delegated.
    Requirements:
    2 years minimum real estate experience.
    Good command of English in reading and writing.
    Good communication skills.
    Team work spirit
    Preferably with team management capability
     
    背景要求:重點(diǎn)大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷,商科或房地產(chǎn)相關(guān)專業(yè),有相關(guān)工作或?qū)嵙?xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)更好。
