    我們的生活不如牛馬。
    Our life is worse than beasts of burden.
    收得的糧食，
    Yield of grain,
    落到領(lǐng)主家;
    Fall to the Lords house;
    鐵做的雞籠，
    Made of iron cages,
    保不住雞的命;
    Keep the chicken;
    池塘里的鴨，
    The duck pond,
    被老黃狗當(dāng)鳥打。
    Is old yeller when playing.
    勐海地方，
    Menghai local,
    處處荒涼，
    Everywhere desolate,
    寬闊的壩子長滿野草，
    Wide dam overgrown with weeds,
    道路上老虎豹子成群，
    Road tiger leopard groups,
    田地沒有人耕種，
    No man to till the fields,
    寨子像墓地一樣陰冷。
    Zhaizi cold as the grave.
    窮人的命
    The poor life.
    像枯黃的茅草，
    Like the Yellow grass,
