Position Title: Operations Specialist物流與生產(chǎn)專(zhuān)員
Department: Lubricants & Specialties 潤(rùn)滑油部
LOCATION: Taicang or Tianjin
Job Responsibilities:
After initial on boarding program, successful candidates will usually be assigned to a manufacturing or supply chain role, such as Production Supervisor, Maintenance & Repair Engineer, production planner, raw materials planner or Operations Analyst, in the Lubes Oil Blending Plant. Typical activities for a Production Supervisor include:
1.Manage the production team, mainly technicians and workers from third party
service providers
2.Assist production manager in managing daily operations efficiently flawlessly
3.Implement and maintain various management systems at the shop floor level
4.Lead the team to comply with company policies and guidelines, and meet all requirements in safety, controls, and quality
5.Take initiatives to pursue continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or Master degree holders in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering (Master degree is prefer)
2.Fluent in both written and oral English
3.Able to work independently and as a team player
4.Self-motivated, strong initiative and a desire to succeed
5.Desire to develop a manufacturing or supply chain career
6.Working experience not over than 2 years. Fresh graduates（2012,2013） are prefer.
Salary：8k-10k
