我的祖國已經(jīng)有5千多歲了，尤其是改革開放三十年來，祖國的科技日益發(fā)達(dá)，人民的生活也越來越富裕了，一座座高樓大廈如雨后春筍一般，拔地而起，看到祖國如此富強(qiáng)，我十分驕傲。

2008年5月12日，我們的祖國遭到了一次突如其來的災(zāi)難——四川8.0級強(qiáng)大地震，傷亡慘重，是世界歷少有的，電視上，版刊上，大街小巷里經(jīng)常會出現(xiàn)這樣的標(biāo)語：“中國不哭，四川不哭”。從小，老師就和我們講：一方有難，八方支援。不久，學(xué)校正式組織我們捐款，那幾天，我家總是一邊吃飯，一邊通過電視了解災(zāi)情，我深有感觸，立即將存錢罐中的錢拿出來捐給了災(zāi)區(qū)人民。雖然我的力量是渺小的，但一滴一滴的水也能匯成一望無際的大海，一粒一粒的沙也能聚成不可高攀的山峰，一盞燈，也能帶來充滿希望的光明，只要萬眾一心，眾志成城，什么困難都能克服。
