We are looking for full-time graduate students who are able to continuously work in Amazon AT LEAST 6 months AND 5 days per week. Longer term participants welcome!
Work location: 28 F, Tower A, Ocean International Center, 56 East 4th Ring Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing
Onboard date: August 1st.
This role is designed to help the recruiter in daily recruitment, including:
1.Supporting Recruiters to build up effective sourcing pipelines and create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest Tech talents.
2.Posting/Maintaining online job advertisements in need for Tech specific recruiting, proactively innovating on creating fantastic job posting;
3.Searching and finding great candidates on job boards (e.g. famous external job boards, LinkedIn, among other industry websites, our in-house resume database, etc.);
4.CV screening and conducting 1st phone screen to ascertain potential candidate, providing good candidate experience and making sure effective candidate filtering through professional
Competency based behavioral interview skills;
1.Smartly collecting and analyzing veracious information from Tech talent market;
2.Recruiting data key-in, renewal and maintenance;
3.Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
Requirements:
1.Currently enrolled in a graduate program, in Human Resources, Labor Economics, International Business, Management related, and / or other related degree;
2.Strong communication and writing skills (Both in Chinese & English), CET6 ;
3.Fast Learner, detail-oriented, conscientious and team work spirit;
4.Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Power Point);
5.Willing to have longtime development in Recruiting/HR field preferred;
6.Strong time management skill;
7.Proactive and able to work under pressure;
8.At least 6 months internship and 5 days a week of full time.
