Role:
Work as exclusive intern to support mentoring program from top to toe
Accountabilities & Measurements:
- Day-to-day support involving but not limited to below assignment
- Prepare mentoring communication
- Maintain program portal
- Support new participants follow-up and pair activeness monitoring
- Handle general questions from participants regarding program
- Support 2013 survey
- Support on 2013 Intermediate coaching workshop including data clean up, vend or contact, and various logistics support
- Support on “Volunteered coaching hours” activity including volunteer recruitment, pair-up monitoring and various tasks required to facilitate this activity
- Other job assignment given by respective supervisor
Requirements：
- University students who can work 5 days during summer vacation and at least 3 days when summer vacation ends
- Good English skill (both written and oral)
- Proficient excel & PPT skill, mastering in Photoshop is preferred
- Proactive attitude
- Excellent logic thinking
- Quick learner
