1. EIT Planner (生產(chǎn)計劃專員)：
Job Description:
Communicate with customer about the PO and shipment information;
Analyze capacity and material ability;
Production build plan for Manufacturing to follow the schedule;
Deliver schedule and shipment request;
Revenue update.
Requirement：
Bachelor Degree with good command of English in both spoken and written;
Quick learner, able to work under pressure;
Strong alertness, excellent communication skill;
Major unlimited, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration、Economics、Foreign Trade、English major preferred.
2. EIT Buyer (采購專員)：
Job Description：
Through closely tracking with vendors to ensure materials on-time delivery and availability to support production per the Master Production Schedule;
Control materials cost and the inventory to keep company competitive;
Monitor, track, improve and provide feedback on Supplier’s performance on delivery, quality and services;
Coordinate with Quality Engineer, System Quality Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer for materials quality problems.
Requirement：
Bachelor Degree with good command of English in both spoken and written;
Quick learner, able to work under pressure;
Strong alertness, excellent communication skill;
Major unlimited, Management、Economics、Foreign Trade、English major preferred;
3. EIT Inventory Analyst (庫存分析專員):
Job Description:
Ensure on time materials supply for production line, pre-alert & analyze any shortages & closely follow up;
Review any internal down time
Help locate/expedite any hot parts
Perform any Backflushes
Review and Clear PPL
Maintain inventory accuracy though cycle count & physical inventory, discrepancies root cause investigation & analysis;
Continually focus in improving the Inventory Control operation;
Work with whole materials team to serve workcell business development
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree, major in Statistics /Mathematics/Technology/ Mathematics is preferred;
Good command of English in both spoken and written English, quick learner;
Be familiar with MS office, especial for Excel.
4. EIT Manufacturing Engineer (制造工程師)：
Job Description:
Design and optimize product’s manufacturing process flow according to current technology capability;
Equipment capability study and evaluation and lead to minimize machine downtime;
Specify equipment’s financial justification;
Optimize Production line layout to meet IE standards;
NPI (New production Introduction) technical support and design for manufacturing analysis on new and existing products;
Support BUM (Business Unit Manager) by Providing accurate Manufacturing quotations;
Generate and maintain relevant engineering document to meet production requirement.
Continuously improve product quality and reduce manufacturing cost
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree with good English;
Major in Automation, Mechanical engineering;
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork Spirit.
5.EIT Industrial Engineer (工業(yè)工程師):
Job Description:
Develop and maintain efficient, effective, and safe assembly processes for manual and box-build assembly;
Identify, analyze, and implement improvement in all manufacturing processes and systems including Process, Material and Information flow system;
Work with Manufacturing Engineers, Quality Engineers, and manufacturing operations personnel to Design, maintain, and continuously improve the production lines’ performance and flexible, scalable, and cost effective manufacturing process;
Supports Business Unit Management by providing accurate Manufacturing quotations;
NPI (New production Introduction) technical support;
Focus on Production STD time and Efficiency, Line Balance, Flow, Layout and Headcount improvement for mass product;
Generate and maintain relevant engineering documents to meet production requirements.
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree with good English;
Major in Industrial Engineering;
Strong sense of responsibility and team work spirit.
6. EIT TE Engineer (測試工程師)：
Job Description:
Design /develop test process in conjunction with the customer;
To lead and guide a group of test technicians for supporting production lines;
To interface with vendors and supplies for machine maintenance and calibration;
Support production lines for minimum machine downtime and maintain proper record of all machine preventive maintenance work for ISO requirement;
Responsible for new projects/equipment set up and commission.
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree with good English especially oral & listening;
Good technical background, major in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation or Telecommunication.
7. EIT QA Engineer (品質(zhì)工程師)：
Job Description:
Monitor process yields throughout the line. Recognize and help solve yield-decreasing problem, and implement and drive internal corrective actions;
Drive customer corrective actions, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions;
Carry out experimentation, process capability studies, or other technical evaluation to improve yield and quality;
Internal Communication, ensure production information is communicated consistently and effectively throughout the line and from shift to shift;
Ensure the process being done is in compliance with the Deviation Authorization. Follow up on the changes of the effective and expiry date.
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree with good English especially oral & listening;
Good communication skill, major in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, Testing or Telecommunication.
8. EIT SQE Engineer (供應(yīng)商品質(zhì)管理工程師)：
Job Description:
· To establish, maintain and monitor a supplier quality control system in qualification,
continuous improvement and quality performance rating to ensure incoming quality control.
· To assist IQC on technical support for the receiving inspection.
· To assure that all the procedures and guide line are being followed and executed in
proper manner to ensure total quality control.
Requirement:
· Bachelor Degree with good English;
· Major in Electronics, Mechanical and related background.
9. EIT EHS Engineer (環(huán)境健康安全工程師)：
Job Description:
To develop and update safety, environment and health procedures.
To facilitate emergency preparedness and response. Such as, to assist facilities
manager to organize fire drill, chemical spillage drill and so on.
To establish the EHS program with EHS team and follow up it. Lead to conduct EHS
routine meeting and update the status of EHS program. Oversee the routine
performance of all environmental activities.
Accident statistic and to carry out accident investigation and develop the
investigation report, follow up the corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate EHS team to identify applicable regulations and legislation, and to
evaluate the compliance as well.
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree with good English;
Good communication skill, major in Environment & Security engineering.
10. EIT Line Supervisor (生產(chǎn)主管)：
Job Description:
· Maximize product quality and efficiency;
· Coordinate with Line Manager and organize line workload depending on product priority;
· Review build to schedule, monitor on time delivery;
· Ensure work meets or exceeds Jabil Workmanship standards and monitor the SPC system closely in order to fix repetitive and recognized problems immediately.
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree with good English;
Good communication skill, major in Electronics, Computer Science, Automation, Testing, Packing Engineering, Materials Chemistry & Applied Chemistry.
Direction：
· SMT, PCBA, CNC, Surface Treatment, Metal Assembly.
11. EIT HR Assistant (人力資源助理)：
Job Description:
Handle HR Recruitment related issues with guidance from direct supervisor;
Communicate with Functions to make sure the implementation of relative Recruitment policies, procedures etc;
Able to detect potential risk / problems and put forward solutions in daily HR operation.
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree with good English especially oral & listening;
Knowledge in PC usage would be an added advantage;
Must be able to work independently and interact well with employees of all levels.
