Technical Service intern(上海總部，Lab Water)
Technical Support Assistant (1 person):
1. Contracts management: be in charge of the contracts submission and track after customer signed.
2. Customer information maintain in system: cooperate with Customer Service team to make sure the customer exists in SAP system already before order submission.
3. Payment confirmation with Finance team according to customers’ feedback.
4. Tracking invoice issue.
5. Assist to compile the document and the database.
6. Implement China Lab Water Service Management System (Safari): be in charge of service job of product installation.
Requirement:
1. Excellent interpersonal skill & strong communication skill
2. Energetic individual with good teamwork
3. Perfect computer technology, especially Microsoft Excel
4. Technical background will be a plus
5. Strong self-motivation
6. Regular attendance at least twice a week, lasting for more than 3 months
