全國假日辦周三發(fā)布了三套放假方案向公眾征求意見。此次網(wǎng)上調查于周日結束，共有200多萬人參與投票。
Vacation/holiday plan就是“放假安排、放假方案”，放假前制定的、包括吃住行的全套度假計劃則可以用vacation package來表示，如：We offer cheap vacation packages to top destinations across the globe（我們提供全球知名景點的度假套餐，價格低廉）。
此次公布的三套方案主要是關于法定節(jié)假日（official holiday）的調休安排。除了這11天法定假日以外，多數(shù)單位的員工每年還可以享受帶薪年假（paid annual leave）、探親假（home leave/family visit）以及病假（sick leave）等。我國從2008年開始將中秋節(jié)（Mid-Autumn Festival）、清明節(jié)（Tomb Sweeping Day）和端午節(jié)（Dragon Boat Festival）這三個傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日（traditional Chinese festival）定為法定假節(jié)日。
