一、職位描述：
目標為培養(yǎng)普萊克斯未來的銷售菁英。培訓時間為期2年，將會在普萊克斯內(nèi)部不同職能部門進行輪崗，并為之配備職業(yè)教練。
招募對象：全國各大院校優(yōu)秀的2014年應屆畢業(yè)生，并對銷售工作十分熱愛
工作地點：廣州
二、崗位要求：
Education 教育背景
-Bachelor or above Degree 本科或以上
-Chemical, Engineering, Business Management, etc化工，機械，工商管理等專業(yè);
Competencies 能力資格
- Integrity and Trust : honor, truthful and trusted正直守信
- Perseverance: Full of energy, drive and seldom give up even in a very challenging environment;充滿熱情，自我驅(qū)動，不放棄
-Interpersonal Savvy: can build up relationship with all kinds of people;能與不同風格的人溝通
- Action Oriented: enjoying working hard and full of energy for the challenging things;工作努力，充滿能量接受挑戰(zhàn)
- Personal Learning: Always Eager to learn and can quick used in practice;學習力極強
- Mobility: Can work in 2nd tire and 3rd city in future and willing to travel;未來愿意在二三線城市工作，并樂意出差
Knowledge & Skill 技能要求
- Fluent English communication and written;英語聽說讀寫流利，廣東話熟練
- Be good at MS Office software; Office軟件使用熟練
- Driving License will be preferred; 有駕照者優(yōu)先
