Assist in documenting new tools, collecting suitable data for testing and for developing tutorials. 5. Work closely with developers, technical support, quality assurance, beta testers and key customers during implementation and testing of new tools. 6. Provide continued support to in-house staff and customers on key product features. Qualities Required 1. MS in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics. 2. Knowledge of programming is required, such as Matlab or C. 3. Good analytical capability. 4. Excellent communication skills including a good command of oral and written English. 5. Ability to take ownership and responsibility of projects and work closely with other team members in timely completion of projects. 6.
